The Xperia Tablet Z is much better than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, getting a general score of 68.5 against 57.6. The Xperia Tablet Z design is lighter and noticeably thinner than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, although both of them were released with only 4 months difference. Both tablets in this comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia Tablet Z has 4.4.4 version and Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has Android 4.4.2 version, offering a couple nice extra features.

So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Sony Xperia Tablet Z, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, resigning some features and specifications.
