The Alcatel 3T 8 is a notably newer device, and it is also way lighter and thinner than the Asus Transformer Prime. These tablets come with Android OS, but Alcatel 3T 8 has newer 8.1 Oreo version while Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3.
