IPad mini (6th Gen) has a general score of 65, which is better than the Asus Transformer Prime's general score of 56.3. The iPad mini (6th Gen) construction is much newer, thinner and way lighter than Asus Transformer Prime. The iPad mini (6th Gen) counts with iPadOS 15.x operating system, and Asus Transformer Prime works with Android 4.0.3 operating system.
Asus Transformer Prime has a very superior processing unit than Apple iPad mini (6th Gen), although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster). The iPad mini (6th Gen) has a much more vibrant display than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1488 x 2266 pixels and a much better screen pixel density.
The Asus Transformer Prime counts with a bigger memory to store more apps and games than iPad mini (6th Gen), and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Asus Transformer Prime also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 32 GB. Apple iPad mini (6th Gen) has a much better camera than Asus Transformer Prime, because it has a way more megapixels back-facing camera, a way bigger aperture to take better photography in poorly lited environments and a way better (4K) video resolution.
