Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a score of 63.8, which is better than the Asus Transformer Prime's general score of 56.3. These tablets come with Android OS, but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has an older 13 version while Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3 version. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is a much newer tablet, and it's also noticeably thinner and way lighter than Asus Transformer Prime.
