Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a general score of 66.1, which is much better than the Asus Transformer Prime's score of 56.3. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has the older 13 version while Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3. Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is a notably newer tablet device, and it is also much thinner and somewhat lighter than Asus Transformer Prime.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 features a little bit better screen than Asus Transformer Prime, because it has a better pixel density, a bit larger screen and a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels.
