The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a general score of 60.4, which is just a bit better than the Asus Transformer Prime's 56.3 score. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0's body is notably lighter and extremely thinner than the Asus Transformer Prime. These tablets come with Android operating system, but the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a newer 4.3 version and Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3, so it gives some extra features.

Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a brighter display than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has a lot smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1280 x 800 resolution, the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 also counts with a better amount of pixels per inch in the display. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a little faster processing unit than Asus Transformer Prime, and although they both have 4 processing cores and a 1 GB RAM, the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 also has an additional graphics processing unit.

The Asus Transformer Prime counts with a much greater storage for apps and games than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, and although they both have a SD card slot that supports up to 32 GB, the Asus Transformer Prime also has 56 GB more internal storage capacity. Despite of being the best tablet in our comparison, Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 is also very cheap compared to the other tablets, which makes it a no doubt choice.
