The LG G Pad III 8.0 is much better than Asus Transformer Prime, with a general score of 64.3 against 56.3. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G Pad III 8.0 has newer 7.0 Nougat version and Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3, so it counts with some extra features and performance improvements. LG G Pad III 8.0's construction is extremely thinner and a lot lighter than Asus Transformer Prime.
LG G Pad III 8.0 has a better looking screen than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a much better pixel number per screen inch. LG G Pad III 8.0 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Asus Transformer Prime, because it has a larger amount of RAM and 4 more cores.
Asus Transformer Prime captures much better pictures and videos than LG G Pad III 8.0, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Asus Transformer Prime also has a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera. LG G Pad III 8.0 features a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB.
LG G Pad III 8.0 counts with a very superior battery life than Asus Transformer Prime.
