Microsoft Surface 3 is better than the Asus Transformer Prime, with a general score of 66.3 against 56.3. The Microsoft Surface 3 is a much newer and somewhat thinner tablet than Asus Transformer Prime, but it's just a little heavier. Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a little faster processing unit than Asus Transformer Prime, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Microsoft Surface 3 features a bit better looking screen than Asus Transformer Prime, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a greater screen pixel density and a lot higher 1920 x 1280px resolution. Microsoft Surface 3 features a bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
