Comparison review

Microsoft Surface Pro has a global score of 63.2, which is better than the Asus Transformer Prime's 56.3 overall score. The Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro operating system, while Asus Transformer Prime comes with Android 4.0.3 operating system. Although it's the best tablet device in this comparison, we must highlight that it is also a noticeably heavier and much thicker tablet device.

Microsoft Surface Pro features a little better performance than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and an additional graphics co-processor. Microsoft Surface Pro features a bit more vivid screen than Asus Transformer Prime, because it has a bit larger display, a way better 1080 x 1920px resolution and a higher number of pixels per inch of display.

Microsoft Surface Pro features more memory capacity for games and applications than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Microsoft Surface Pro's battery lifetime is just as good as Asus Transformer Prime's battery lifetime.

Asus Transformer Prime counts with a way better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a lot better 1920x1080 video resolution and a camera with much more mega-pixels.

Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, Microsoft Surface Pro is also by far the cheapest, making it an obvious call.
