Comparison review
The Samsung Ativ Tab is much better than the Asus Transformer Prime, getting a overall score of 66.7 against 56.3. Samsung Ativ Tab is a newer portable tablet, and it's also thinner and a little lighter than the Asus Transformer Prime. Samsung Ativ Tab counts with Windows RT operating system, while Asus Transformer Prime counts with Android 4.0.3 operating system.
Samsung Ativ Tab features a little bit better performance than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has lesser cores , it also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory and an extra graphics processor. The Asus Transformer Prime and the Samsung Ativ Tab count with quite similar displays, and although the Samsung Ativ Tab has a just a bit better pixel quantity per inch of screen and a slightly higher resolution of 768 x 1366px, they both have a same size display.
Asus Transformer Prime shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has a much better video definition and a camera with a way higher 8 mega pixels resolution. The Samsung Ativ Tab has just a bit bigger memory for applications and games than Asus Transformer Prime, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB.
Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a much better battery performance than Asus Transformer Prime.
Even being the best tablet of the ones in this comparison, the Samsung Ativ Tab is also the cheapest.
