The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is much better than Asus Transformer Prime, with a 63 score against 56.3. Both tablets in our current comparison use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has newer 4.4.2 version while Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3, so it provides you some additional features and performance enhancements. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE design is newer and somewhat thinner, but also just a little bit heavier than Asus Transformer Prime.
Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a display that's very similar to the Asus Transformer Prime one, both have an equal resolution of 800 x 1280px, a screen with the same size and a better amount of pixels per inch of screen. The Asus Transformer Prime has a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a SD card slot that holds 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 48 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a bit superior CPU than Asus Transformer Prime, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Asus Transformer Prime features a greater camera than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because it has a back-facing camera with a much higher 8 megapixels resolution and a way better 1920x1080 video quality.
