Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has an overall score of 65, which is much better than the Asus Transformer Prime's global score of 56.3. Both tablets we are comparing here work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has 4.1 version while Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3, providing you some extra features and better performance. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) body is newer and just a little thinner than Asus Transformer Prime's, but it is also just a little bit heavier.

The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a bit more vivid display than Asus Transformer Prime. Both of them have a screen of the same size, exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280px and a better quantity of pixels per display inch. Asus Transformer Prime has a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB, the Asus Transformer Prime also has more internal memory.

Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has less cpu cores , and they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) also counts with an additional graphics processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a way better battery performance than Asus Transformer Prime.

The Asus Transformer Prime captures much better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Asus Transformer Prime also has a much better 8 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera.

Despite of being the best tablet in our comparison, Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is also a bargain compared to others.
