Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a score of 68.7, which is a lot better than the Asus Transformer Prime's score of 56.3. These tablets have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a newer 4.2.2 version while Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's body is newer, notably lighter and a lot thinner than Asus Transformer Prime.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has just a bit better looking screen than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has a way smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280px resolution, the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also counts with a better number of pixels per screen inch. Asus Transformer Prime features a greater memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity.
