Comparison review

The GALAXY Tab 3 Kids is slightly better than Asus Transformer Prime, with a 57.5 score against 56.3. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has the newer 4.1 version and Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3 version, providing some additional features and better performance. The GALAXY Tab 3 Kids construction is newer, just a bit thinner and much lighter than the Asus Transformer Prime.

The Asus Transformer Prime features a bit faster CPU than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Asus Transformer Prime also has a larger number of cores (and faster). GALAXY Tab 3 Kids counts with a little more vivid screen than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has a lot worse resolution of 600 x 1024px and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch.

Asus Transformer Prime counts with a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB, the Asus Transformer Prime also has more internal memory capacity. The Asus Transformer Prime captures much better pictures and videos than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a way better 8 mega-pixels resolution camera.

Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Asus Transformer Prime.

Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, GALAXY Tab 3 Kids is also by far the cheapest.
