Comparison review
The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has a general score of 71.3, which is much better than the Asus Transformer Prime's 56.3 overall score. The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact construction is much newer, lighter and extremely thinner than Asus Transformer Prime. Both tablets we compare here include Android operating system, but Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has a more recent 4.4 version and Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3 version, so it provides you some additional features.
Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact features a way better screen than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a lot better pixel count per screen inch. The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact features a superior CPU than Asus Transformer Prime, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact also has more RAM memory and an extra graphics co-processor.
The Asus Transformer Prime has a slightly better camera than Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, although it has a worse 8 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a worse (Full HD) video definition, they both have a F2.4 diafragm aperture. Asus Transformer Prime features a superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, because although it has a SD extension slot that allows 96 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact features a much longer battery performance than Asus Transformer Prime.
Despite of being the best tablet in this comparison, Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
