The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a global score of 63.8, which is just a bit better than Asus ZenPad 10's 63.6 general score. Blackview Oscal Pad 15's design is noticeably newer, somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter than the Asus ZenPad 10. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has the previous 13 version while Asus ZenPad 10 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
