Microsoft Surface 3 is a little bit better than the Asus ZenPad 10, having a general score of 66.3 against 63.6. Microsoft Surface 3's body is just a little thinner than the Asus ZenPad 10, but it's heavier and was released 2 years before. Microsoft Surface 3 has a screen that's just as good as the screen in Asus ZenPad 10, because although the Microsoft Surface 3 has a quite worse screen density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1920 x 1280 resolution and a little larger display.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a bit superior processing unit than Asus ZenPad 10, and although they both have 4 processing cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has more RAM.
