Comparison review
The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 is a bit better than Alcatel PLUS 12, with a 62.2 score against 58.9. The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 design is somewhat thinner and lighter than Alcatel PLUS 12, although it was released just 20 months before. The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 features a bit faster processing unit than Alcatel PLUS 12, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Asus ZenPad S 8.0 also has a larger number of cores.
The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 counts with a brighter screen than Alcatel PLUS 12, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per inch of display and a higher 1536 x 2048px resolution. The Alcatel PLUS 12 counts with as much storage for apps and games as Asus ZenPad S 8.0, they have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 128 GB.
The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 features a much better camera than Alcatel PLUS 12. Alcatel PLUS 12 features a really longer battery life than Asus ZenPad S 8.0.
