Comparison review

Asus ZenPad S 8.0 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), having a 62.2 score against 60.4. Although Asus ZenPad S 8.0 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) were only released 9 months apart, Asus ZenPad S 8.0's body is just a bit heavier but also much thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016).

The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 features a better looking display than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a better pixels count per inch of display, a quite larger screen and a much higher 1536 x 2048px resolution. Asus ZenPad S 8.0 features a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a slot for an external memory card that allows 72 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 has a bit faster processor than Galaxy Tab A (2016), and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Asus ZenPad S 8.0 also has 2,5 GB more RAM. The Galaxy Tab A (2016) has a way better battery duration than Asus ZenPad S 8.0. Galaxy Tab A (2016) counts with a bit better camera than Asus ZenPad S 8.0, although it has a much lower 1280x720 (HD) video quality and a back-facing camera with way less mega-pixels resolution.
