Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a score of 75.2, which is much better than Asus ZenPad S 8.0's general score of 62. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 body is newer and a bit thinner, but also way heavier than the Asus ZenPad S 8.0. Both tablets we are comparing come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has 9.0 Pie version while Asus ZenPad S 8.0 has Android 5.0, so it provides a couple nice extra features.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 features a bit better CPU than Asus ZenPad S 8.0, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 also has a larger number of cores (although they are slower). The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 has a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 2048 x 1536, the Asus ZenPad S 8.0 also counts with a just a bit greater screen pixel density.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a very superior camera than Asus ZenPad S 8.0, because it has a much higher resolution camera in the back and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution. Asus ZenPad S 8.0 counts with a greater storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has an external SD slot that admits up to 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.

Galaxy Tab S3 features a superior battery lifetime than Asus ZenPad S 8.0.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 costs a bit more than Asus ZenPad S 8.0, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
