Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is a little bit better than the Asus ZenPad Z10, getting a overall score of 63.8 against 63.6. Both tablets in this comparison review use Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has 13 version while Asus ZenPad Z10 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
