Google Nexus 7 (2013) has an overall score of 70.8, which is better than the Asus ZenPad Z10's 63.6 score. Even though Google Nexus 7 (2013) is notably older and incredibly thicker than Asus ZenPad Z10, it's construction is still extremely lighter. These tablets work with Android operating system, but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has 5.0 version while Asus ZenPad Z10 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a better display than Asus ZenPad Z10, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher display pixel density. Asus ZenPad Z10 features just a little better hardware performance than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores and 1 GB more RAM.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a bit better camera than Asus ZenPad Z10, although it has a worse 1920x1080 video resolution and a way less mega-pixels camera. The Asus ZenPad Z10 has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Asus ZenPad Z10 also has a SD card slot that admits up to 128 GB.

The Asus ZenPad Z10 has a much longer battery lifetime than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has a 97 percent larger battery capacity.
