The Asus ZenPad Z10 has a global score of 63.6, which is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface Pro's overall score of 63.2. Asus ZenPad Z10 comes with Android 7.0 Nougat OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro counts with Windows 8 Pro OS. Asus ZenPad Z10's construction is a lot newer, incredibly thinner and extremely lighter than Microsoft Surface Pro.

Microsoft Surface Pro and Asus ZenPad Z10 count with quite similar screens, because although the Microsoft Surface Pro has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a bit inferior number of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a quite bigger screen. The Microsoft Surface Pro features a processor that's just as good as the processing unit in Asus ZenPad Z10, because although the Microsoft Surface Pro has lesser and slower CPU cores, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a higher amount of RAM.

Microsoft Surface Pro has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Asus ZenPad Z10, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Asus ZenPad Z10 has a much better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro. Asus ZenPad Z10 has a greater camera than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a way better (Full HD) video definition and a back camera with a much better resolution.
