Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is just a bit better than Asus ZenPad Z10, getting a 65.7 score against 63.6. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Asus ZenPad Z10 has Android 7.0 Nougat, so it provides some nice extra features. Even though Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is incredibly thicker than the Asus ZenPad Z10, it's noticeably lighter and also newer.

The Asus ZenPad Z10 has a better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has a much better 1536 x 2048 resolution, a higher pixel count per inch in the screen and a larger display. Asus ZenPad Z10 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and more CPU cores.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) features a greater camera than Asus ZenPad Z10. Both of them have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the same resolution back facing camera and the same video frame rate. Asus ZenPad Z10 counts with a bit more storage for applications and games than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because although it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory capacity.

The Asus ZenPad Z10 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has a 7800mAh battery size.
