Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Active 2 is better than the Asus ZenPad Z8s, having a 70 score against 62.6. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab Active 2 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Asus ZenPad Z8s has Android 7.0 Nougat. Although it's the best portable tablet in our current comparison, we must note that it is also noticeably heavier and incredibly thicker.
Asus ZenPad Z8s has a better screen than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better pixels amount per inch of screen and a much higher resolution of 1536 x 2048. Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Asus ZenPad Z8s, and although they both have equal 16 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Tab Active 2 also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 256 GB.
Asus ZenPad Z8s has a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. The Asus ZenPad Z8s features just a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has 4680mAh of battery capacity instead of 4450mAh. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a slightly better camera than Asus ZenPad Z8s, although it has a back facing camera with way less megapixels.
