The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is much better than Asus ZenPad Z8s, getting a 74.5 score against 62.6. Both of these tablets work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has the older 4.4.2 version and Asus ZenPad Z8s has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Even though Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is older than Asus ZenPad Z8s, it's construction is a bit lighter and a bit thinner.
Asus ZenPad Z8s counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab S 8.4. Both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processing unit. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with a brighter display than Asus ZenPad Z8s, because it has a quite better resolution of 2560 x 1600, a quite bigger screen and a bit higher pixels amount per display inch.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a much better storage capacity for apps and games than Asus ZenPad Z8s, and although they both have a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 also has more internal memory. Galaxy Tab S 8.4 takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Asus ZenPad Z8s, although it has a camera in the back with a lot lower resolution.
The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with just a bit longer battery life than Asus ZenPad Z8s, because it has 4900mAh of battery capacity.
