Comparison review
The Galaxy View 2 is a little bit better than Asus ZenPad Z8s, having a 65.3 score against 62.6. Both tablets in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy View 2 has 8.1 Oreo version while Asus ZenPad Z8s has Android 7.0 Nougat version, providing the user some nice extra features and performance optimizations. Although the Galaxy View 2 is newer than the Asus ZenPad Z8s, it is much heavier and noticeably thicker.
The Asus ZenPad Z8s counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy View 2. They have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM memory amount. Asus ZenPad Z8s features a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy View 2, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with way more pixels per inch in the display and a better 1536 x 2048 resolution.
The Asus ZenPad Z8s takes way better pictures and videos than Galaxy View 2. The Galaxy View 2 has a much greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus ZenPad Z8s, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 400 GB and 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy View 2 counts with a much better battery life than Asus ZenPad Z8s, because it has 12000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4680mAh.
