Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is slightly better than the Blackview MEGA 1, getting a score of 62.6 against 59.7. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is noticeably older than the Blackview MEGA 1, it's design is a little thinner and a bit lighter. Both tablets we compare here come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 has older 11 version while Blackview MEGA 1 has Android 13 version.
The Blackview MEGA 1 has a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Blackview MEGA 1 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Blackview MEGA 1 counts with a much better screen than Galaxy Tab A8, because it has a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2460px, a just a little higher display pixel density and a little bigger display.
The Blackview MEGA 1 counts with a superior camera than Galaxy Tab A8, because it has a camera with much more megapixels. Blackview MEGA 1 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab A8, and although they both have an external memory card slot that admits up to 1 TB, the Blackview MEGA 1 also has 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The Blackview MEGA 1 features improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, because it has a 25% bigger battery capacity.
