Comparison review
Acer Iconia W4 is a bit better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, with a 59.3 score against 57.3. The Acer Iconia W4 works with Windows 8.1 OS, while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 comes with Android 12 OS. The Acer Iconia W4 is a just a little lighter but way thicker device than Blackview Oscal Pad 13. The Acer Iconia W4 features a much powerful CPU than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores.
Acer Iconia W4 features a sharper display than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has a really smaller screen, a lot worse 800 x 1280px resolution and a just a bit lower pixel count per display inch. Acer Iconia W4 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has a way lower resolution back-facing camera.
