The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a global score of 65.2, which is much better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13's overall score of 57.3. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16's body is newer and a little thinner than Blackview Oscal Pad 13's, although it is also somewhat heavier. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has the newer 13 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12.
