The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, having a general score of 66.1 against 57.3. Although the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 and the Blackview Oscal Pad 13 were only released 7 months apart, the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 design is a bit thinner but somewhat heavier.
