Comparison review
HP ProPad 600 has a score of 58.2, which is slightly better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13's overall score of 57.3. HP ProPad 600 has Windows 8.1 OS, while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 comes with Android 12 OS. Despite being the best in this review, the HP ProPad 600 is a older, a lot thicker and notably heavier tablet device than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13.
HP ProPad 600 features a much better looking screen than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a just a bit greater display density. HP ProPad 600 counts with a much better performing processing unit than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has a smaller amount of RAM and 4 lesser processing cores (although they are faster).
Blackview Oscal Pad 13 counts with a way bigger memory for apps and games than HP ProPad 600, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. Blackview Oscal Pad 13 takes a bit better photographs and videos than HP ProPad 600, because it has a lot more MP back-facing camera. HP ProPad 600 has just a bit longer battery duration than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because it has 8380mAh of battery capacity.
Although HP ProPad 600 is a better device, it is a bit more expensive than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Blackview Oscal Pad 13. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy HP ProPad 600, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, resigning some specs and features.
