The Huawei MediaPad M3 is much better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, with a 71.5 score against 57.3. The Huawei MediaPad M3 is an incredibly older tablet than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, but it is just a bit thinner and lighter anyway. The Huawei MediaPad M3 counts with an incredibly better screen than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px and a lot more pixels per screen inch.
