Even being the best in this review, Microsoft Surface 9 Pro is a thicker and a lot heavier portable tablet than Blackview Oscal Pad 13. The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro comes with Windows operating system, and Blackview Oscal Pad 13 works with Android 12 operating system.
Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has a bit sharper display than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because it has a lot better resolution of 1920 x 2880 pixels, a just a bit greater amount of pixels per inch in the display and a bigger screen. The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 counts with a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, because it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage.
The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro features a processor that's just as good as the Blackview Oscal Pad 13 one, and although the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has an inferior number of megahertz cores, they both have the same RAM amount.
