Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro is better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, with a 63.2 score against 57.3. Microsoft Surface Pro counts with Windows 8 Pro OS, and Blackview Oscal Pad 13 comes with Android 12 OS. Even being the best tablet device in our current comparison, it must be told that it is also a much older, incredibly heavier and much thicker tablet device.
The Microsoft Surface Pro has a much more powerful CPU than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because although it has lesser cpu cores and less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processor. Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a better screen than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because although it has a quite lower pixels density, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Microsoft Surface Pro also counts with a quite larger display.
Blackview Oscal Pad 13 shoots a lot better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a back camera with lot more megapixels. Blackview Oscal Pad 13 features a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has 128 GB more internal memory.
Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has a very superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface Pro.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Blackview Oscal Pad 13. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, letting go a couple features and specifications.
