Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, getting a 65.1 score against 57.3. Even being the best tablet device we are comparing here, we must highlight that it is also a way older, noticeably heavier and noticeably thicker tablet device. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, and Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12 operating system.
Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has an extremely better processing unit than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster), they both have a 8 GB RAM.
