The Nokia T20 has an overall score of 66.3, which is better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13's overall score of 57.3. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Nokia T20 has older 11 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12 version.
