Comparison review
OSCAL ELITE 1 is much better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, having a score of 67.1 against 57.3. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the OSCAL ELITE 1 has a more recent 14 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12. OSCAL ELITE 1 is a newer tablet device, and it is also a lot lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13.
OSCAL ELITE 1 counts with a much more vibrant screen than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because it has a just a bit higher count of pixels in each inch in the display, a higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a larger screen. The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 and the OSCAL ELITE 1 feature similar memory for applications, games, photos and videos, they have the same internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1 TB.
