Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 10.1 has a score of 66.3, which is better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13's 57.3 score. Even being the best tablet we compare here, Galaxy Note 10.1 is a incredibly older, incredibly heavier and thicker tablet than Blackview Oscal Pad 13. Both tablets in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 10.1 has the older 4.4 version and Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12.

Galaxy Note 10.1 features a little more vivid screen than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has a lot lower display pixels density, a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a quite smaller display. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with a much greater processing power than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and less CPU cores.

Blackview Oscal Pad 13 counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a lot better 13 megapixels resolution back-facing camera. The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 counts with a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1 TB and 192 GB more internal memory capacity.

Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has a little longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has 7680mAh of battery capacity instead of 7000mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Blackview Oscal Pad 13. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, giving up a couple features and specs.
