The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a bit better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, getting a score of 63 against 57.3. Even being the best in this review, Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a incredibly older, notably heavier and thicker tablet device than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13. These devices include Android OS, but Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has 4.4.2 version and Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a little sharper display than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has a much lower 800 x 1280 resolution, a much lower pixels density and a little bit smaller display. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a much greater hardware performance than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has less RAM memory and a lower number of cores.

The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because it has a way more megapixels back camera. The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 features a much better memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1 TB and 240 GB more internal storage capacity.

The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 features a very superior battery performance than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Blackview Oscal Pad 13. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
