Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is much better than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, with a general score of 65.9 against 57.3. Both devices in this comparison come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has the older 4.2 version and Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12. Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is an a lot older, heavier and just a bit thicker portable tablet than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13.
