Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has an overall score of 68.7, which is much better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13's general score of 57.3. Both devices we are comparing here work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has newer 4.2.2 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12 version, so it provides some additional features. Even though Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is incredibly older than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, it's construction is a little bit thinner and notably lighter.
