Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is an much older device than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, but Samsung made it just a little thinner and extremely lighter. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features and enhanced performance.
