Galaxy Tab Active 3 is way better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, getting a 79 score against 57.3. Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab Active 3 has 10 version and Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12 version. Galaxy Tab Active 3's construction is a little lighter than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it's noticeably thicker and was released 3 years before.
