Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is way better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, getting a overall score of 78.5 against 57.3. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has 4.4 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12 version. Although it's the best portable tablet we compare here, the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 body is notably older, a little bit thicker and noticeably heavier than Blackview Oscal Pad 13.
