The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a general score of 74.5, which is much better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13's 57.3 score. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12, providing you some nice extra features and optimized performance. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4's design is thinner and notably lighter than the Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it was released many years before.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a lot better processing power than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
