Both devices in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has 10 version while Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has Android 12 version. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is older than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, it's design is thinner and just a bit lighter.
Galaxy Tab S5e has a more vivid display than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because it has a better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, more pixels per inch of screen and a quite bigger screen. The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 counts with a superior memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e, because it has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory.
