The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Xperia Tablet Z, because it has a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB and more internal memory.
Xperia Tablet Z has a much better hardware performance than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, because although it has 4 less cpu cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a GPU. Blackview Oscal Pad 13 features better battery performance than Sony Xperia Tablet Z, because it has a 28% greater battery size.
Blackview Oscal Pad 13 counts with a slightly better camera than Xperia Tablet Z, because it has a back facing camera with much more mega-pixels.
Although Xperia Tablet Z is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Blackview Oscal Pad 13.
