The iPad mini (6th Gen) is a little bit better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15, getting a global score of 65 against 63.8. The iPad mini (6th Gen) counts with iPadOS 15.x operating system, and Blackview Oscal Pad 15 comes with Android 13 operating system.
