Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has an overall score of 65.1, which is just a bit better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15's global score of 63.8. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 comes with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, and Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has Android 13 operating system. Even being the best tablet in our current comparison, we must highlight that it is also incredibly older, a lot thicker and noticeably heavier.
The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, and although they both have 8 GB of RAM memory, the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 also has a larger number of cores. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a better looking display than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because it has a lot better resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, a little bigger screen and a much better number of pixels per display inch.
Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with slightly more memory to install applications and games than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 takes greater photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 2.
